    The Fitness Loft's style of yoga is a contemporary and unique combination of classic yoga with complimentary moves intertwined.

  • Purely Pilates

    Pilates develops total body strength and tone while emphasizing core stability. Specific moves are performed on mats with an array of fitness tools to help realign the spine, increase body awareness, improve posture, and evenly condition the entire body.

  • Cardio Flow

    Spacious, open, continuous movement using large muscle groups and optional light weights to elevate the heart rate without impact to the body. Class is put to a beat for steadiness pace and the music speed is consciously set to allow for deliberate and defined quality of motion.

  • All Weights

    Resistance training with dumbbells, tubing, and body weight to build deep levels of strength, increase bone density, and sculpt individual muscles.
